Are you ready to rewrite history and tell your story in the process? The Revolution Mill Apartments came to life when our first residents moved in on February 1st, but before that, we kicked off this exciting chapter with a Pre-Grand Opening celebration!

During our Pre-Grand Opening Social, our new residents mingled with the Revolution Mill staff, as well as their new neighbors in our spacious loft space. In addition to delicious food and drinks from Crafted provided by AT&T, we had games and over $2,000 in giveaways!

It’s been 35 years since Revolution Mill ceased its operations, and we’re thrilled to see it come back to life. It’s a community like no other, and you’re going to love living in a place where creativity and history collide.  What makes Revolution Mill Apartments so special? It’s difficult to sum it all up in one post because there’s so much more to come, but we’ll give you a sneak peek.

Your favorite restaurants right on campus

At Revolution Mills, home isn’t just inside your apartment. With the restaurants, shops, and businesses on-site, everything you need is just around the corner. Let’s be honest: There’s nothing like your favorite restaurant being steps away from your home.

Natty Greene's Brewing Co. is coming to Revolution Mill with an entirely new concept — Natty Greene's Kitchen + Market. "I think it's going to be a city within a city, and it's going to put our city on the map," Kayne Fisher said when unveiling the plans.

Love pizza? < a href= "https://twitter.com/cuginoforno">Cugino Forno will be Greensboro’s first operation dedicated to Neapolitan pizza, and we're looking forward to providing a new home for this exciting eatery!

These are just a couple of the exciting dining options you’ll have at your feet when you call Revolution Mill Apartments home.

Pinterest-worthy light-filled, spacious spaces

High windows, heritage, and character: You won't find a combination like this anywhere else in Greensboro. Some (not all) units have exposed brick and original hardwood floors throughout, making us wonder why anyone would ever want to leave their apartment.

The kitchen in our apartments features recycled glass countertops that’ll take your cooking adventures to the next level.

A new kind of office space

Our Innovation Spaces are flexible and modern workspaces that offer the best of both a traditional office environment and an active co-working community. Each dedicated, private office is fully furnished with workstations for two people. Be sure to grab your coffee from our on-site coffee bar on the way to the office!

Amenities & community designed to help you write your story

We firmly believe that your life at home should be a perfect combination of work and fun. After a productive day at work in our Innovation Spaces, you can unwind by breaking a sweat! Whether you’re in the mood for cardio or getting zen, you’ll love our Fitness Center and Yoga Room.

Let’s not forget about our monthly resident social events, a bark park for your furry best friend, electric car charging stations, our theater & speakeasy, future Downtown Greenway Greensboro, NC access, a guest suite apartment (perfect for visiting family), and outdoor movies & concerts in our courtyard!

We could keep telling you about all of the incredible things that make up Revolution Mill Apartments, but certain things in life are better experienced in person. It’s hard to imagine a more perfect place to live.
